1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/ direction(s) as the facts and circumstances of instant case may require so as to grant the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5062 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 following reliefs:- a) For Respondent a direction upon Authorities the to regularize the Petitioners against vacant and sanctioned posts, on which they have been working as daily wage employees continuously for several years in light of various judicial pronouncements as well as scheme of the State Government.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
