The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
A slab of Hayaghat bridge fell down and some labourers came under the slab. The villagers made protest. It is alleged that the petitioner was leading the mob. The case of the petitioner is that the police tried to save the concerned contractor. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Taking into consideration the fact that on account of falling of a slab, some labourers came thereunder for which the villagers made protest and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7182 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Ashok Paper Mill (A.P.M.) P.S. Case No. 45/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
