Though, the present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 15.11.2019 passed by the Collector-cum- District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Case No. 79 of 2019, whereby and where under the case of the petitioner for grant of fair price shop license on compassionate ground has been rejected in view of the provisions contained in the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016, but the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for consideration of the case of the petitioner in a sympathetic manner.
