The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the father of the informant, due to which, he sustained injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the injury opined by the doctor is found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11748 of 2022(2) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XIII, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 168 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
