2. The following order was passed on 14.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 41956 of 2023:- "Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 504 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner is the accused of demanding extortion money of Rs. 50,000/- from the electronic shopkeeper and the petitioner is accused of 16 more cases of similar nature.

5. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18954 of 2024(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

7. The District Judge, East Champaran and the District Judge, Sitamarhi are directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner including this case also.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, East Champaran and the District Judge, Sitamarhi through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith."

3. As per the petitioner, the trial has started and three witnesses have been examined.

4. No ground of review is made out. This application is therefore, dismissed.
