JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 In view of the statement made in paragraph 41 of the counter affidavit the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the bank authority for considering his case for waiver under the Agricultural Loan Scheme 2008 as contained in annexure-C. Learned counsel for the bank has informed on instruction that a direction has been given by the competent authority to withdraw the certificate case.
