Order under challenge is Annexure-8, dated 19.12.2014. From reading of the same, the Court gets a clear impression that it is an effort to preempt any further action from development in terms of the recommendation of the Principal Secretary.
A fair reading of the said order only indicates that some kind of enquiry is required to be made with regard to continuance of these petitioners and the consideration in which they came to be selected and
