Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 323, 341, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.

The petitioner allegedly induced the informant that he would marry with the informant and on that assurance, petitioner was in physical relation with the informant. Apparently, the consent of the informant was obtained by fraud. The informant is a minor.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Mansahi Police Station Case No. 29 of 2018 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
