The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 46 of 2013 registered under Sections 384/504 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of J.M., 1st Class, Patna City.

Submission is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State submits that in course of investigation, it was found that petitioner along with some unknown persons abused the informant through his mobile and demanded Rangdari, thereafter, threatened him to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8359 of 2017 (4) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 kill his family members for non-fulfillment of demand. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
