2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 354(A), 504 and 349 IPC registered in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 182/2018.

3. At the very outset learned APP submits that the offences alleged as aforesaid are bailable in nature and hence, the anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.
