Revision No.11/70/2009, whereby, while affirming the order taking cognizance dated 28.01.2009 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, the learned Additional Sessions Judge

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20843 of 2013 (2) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 dismissed the revision application.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to file appropriate application under Section 216 of the Code of Criminal Procedure at appropriate stage of the trial.
