Petitioner is accused in connection with Sahkund P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 16.8.2016 and he has not been put on T.I. Parade.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner Ranjan Choudhary be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7106 of 2017 (4) dt.21-04-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016.
