2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., the informant alleged that he had purchased a piece of land in Mauza Mitanchak, Thana No. 194, Khata No. 74, Plot No. 15, but thereafter, he came to know on 25.04.2024 from some of co-villagers that his son namely Vijay Rai (petitioner no. 2) has sold his one katha land to his covillager Kunal Kumar by declaring him (informant) dead. Petitioner no. 1 is wife of petitioner no. 2 and she has signed as a witness on the alleged sale-deed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, petitioners are own son and daughter-in-law of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12345 of 2025(3) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 informant. Petitioner no. 2 got the said plot by Panchnama dated 03.05.2018 and said Panchnama was also signed by informant. Moreover, the dispute is purely of civil nature. Coaccused Kavishankar Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 24.03.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9901 of 2025. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 350 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
