The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 262 of 2018, registered under Sections 498A/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11534 of 2019(5) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, where both parties appeared and settled their dispute in terms of memorandum of agreement dated 06.09.2019, which is the part of Mediator's Report dated 06.09.2019.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 also submits that the dispute in between both parties have been settled and she has no objection in allowing the prearrest bail to the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Patna City, Patna, in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 262 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
