Patna High Court CWJC No.3105 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 petitioners, placing reliance on the resolution dated 17.09.2018 contained in memo No. 12534 taken by the Government of Bihar in the General Administration Department, submits that the petitioners would be approaching the authorities so as to ensure due consideration in terms of the recommendation contained therein, as and when the process of selection is undertaken.
