JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2022 The learned District Magistrate, Khagaria is present in the Court and has filed a supplementary counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that the soil taken out of the land of the petitioner has been re-filled.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that it is true that the soil has been filled back in the land of the petitioner and at the moment the petitioner is not having any subsisting grievances. Accordingly, the rule is discharged.
