This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 607 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a Ward Councilor and the recovery of liquor is beneath the house of the petitioner. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.
