JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the dowry of motorcycle.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of demand of dowry of motorcycle is specific against the husband of the victim who has already surrendered and the informant herself admitted in the fardbeyan that the door of the victim was locked from inside which was broken in presence of the police which suggests that the victim committed suicide. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12668 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
