2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.170 of 2022 under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against 6 named accused persons including the petitioners against whom there is allegation that they have snatched the golden chain worth Rs.50,000/- and abuses the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21692 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/3 petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that both informant and petitioners' side are resident of same police station and district and they are well known to each other.

5. Counsel further submits that earlier the informant's side has started disputing with the petitioners' side due to which an F.I.R. has been lodged bearing Noorsarai P.S. Case No.212 of 2021 dated 03.07.2021. He submits that with a view to save their skin, the informant has filed the present case bearing Noorsarai P.S. Case No.170 of 2022 dated 27.04.2022.

6. Counsel also submits that petitioner No.1 and 2 have one criminal case pending against them in which they are on bail and petitioner No.3 has clean antecedent.

7. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIIth Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection
