Mr. Manish Kumar, A.C. to A.A.G.-6 appears for the State and submits that the appointment of the petitioner was consequent upon termination of the services of the private respondent from the post of Anganbari Sevika, Centre No.72 in the district of Nalanda and since the appeal preferred by the private respondent has since been allowed and she has been restored to her post, the writ petitioner has obviously to make way for her.
