JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 At the outset, Mr. Prince Kumar Mishra learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that even though a number of reliefs have been prayed in the writ application, he would not press the reliefs prayed therein save and except to submit that this Court may direct the respondent no. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure P/3 series dated 07.12.2018.
