Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 302, 34 of IPC and 27 of Arms Act. Allegedly, petitioner and one Mukesh Chauhan is said to have fired upon the husband of the informant, who died on the spot after sustaining injury on chest.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent but he has fairly submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since there is direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail. The prayer for grant of
