The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 323 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners received Rs.
2,55,000/- for providing employment.
Subsequently, the petitioners issued two cheques of Rs. 49,000/- each which got bounced.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that issue has been settled between the parties and the informant has retracted from his initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12698 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2 / 2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 547 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
