This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Three hundred liters of foreign liquor was recovered in different cartons, kept hidden with the cartons containing medicine on a truck.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner was simply a cleaner of the truck. H has got no criminal antecedent nor he had knowledge that what was containing in the carton. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, after completion of four months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two
