JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. From the hotel of the informant, foreign liquors of various brands were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that hotel was being run by someone else. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
