This is an application for bail in connection with Tekari P.S.Case No. 46 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 376/511, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 4(d) of Immoral Traffic Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is that she has taken the informant inside the room and locked from outside and other accused person has committed rape upon her and when she raised alarm door was opened and accused persons fled away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as there was dispute with respect to rent of the house and she is in custody for two months.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17684 of 2017 (2) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, Prayer for bail is rejected.
However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
