JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 216 litres of Nepali liquor was seized from the hut of Rajkaran Ray.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, rather the liquor was seized from the hut of Rajkaran Ray. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10819 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.
