The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution case, about 195 litres of liquor was recovered from the hutment of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or his hutment. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 17.12.2020 and has no criminal antecedent.
