The petitioners, being the sisters-in-law of the deceased, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.113 of 2014, G.R. No.1535 of 2014, for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 304B, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 have been extended the privilege of regular bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No.47196 of 2014, vide order dated 4.2.2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10468 of 2015 (3) dt.14-09-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of the allegations and that the petitioners stand similarly placed, let all the three petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Motihari, in connection with Sugauli P.S.
