Having considered the limited grievance raised by the petitioner I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies, Corporation, Supaul to consider the grievance of the petitioner as reflected in his representation present at Annexure 8

Patna High Court CWJC No.55 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 of the writ petition and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
