This application has been filed seeking quashing of the F.I.R., of Pusa P.S. Case No. 98 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Attrocities) Act.
