This application has been filed seeking quashing of the F.I.R., of Pusa P.S. Case No. 98 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Attrocities) Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, has submitted that the police upon completion of

It goes without saying that the petitioners shall have liberty to take all such pleas which have been taken in the present application at the stage of framing of charge or any subsequent stage, as may be permissible to them in accordance with law.
