JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 13 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who was subjected to cruelty and harassment due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand and later on, allegedly, she was killed, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11937 of 2015 (2) dt.27-03-2015 anticipatory bail in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 13 of 2013 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur stands rejected.
