JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(d) of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner ravished the informant who is minor.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the after investigation, the accusation was found false and final form was submitted which was accepted but on protest petition, cognizance has been taken. The accusation has been levelled in the background of serious land dispute. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.13872 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 873C of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
