This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 11.01.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 45153 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that typographical mistake has been detected in the F.I.R. as well as in the impugned order, in course of investigation, with respect to Maruti Desire Car bearing registration No. WBO6B-2712 in place of WBU6B-2712.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated dated 11.01.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 45153 of 2021, the registration number of the said vehicle be read as "WBO6B-2712", in place of " WBU6B-2712".

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11863 of 2022(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 11.01.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 45153 of 2021, this application stands disposed of.
