The petitioner is accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017, arising out of Excise (PR) Case No. 08 of 2017, registered under Section 20(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985. The accusation is of recovery of 45 Grams of Ganja from possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while petitioner is accused in two other cases, but in both cases, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 11.01.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

No.5962 of 2017 (3) dt.22-03-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kiamur at Bhabua, in connection with N.D.P.S.
