The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act.
It is allege that 4000 liters spirit was recovered from the two pick up van. The petitioner was disclosed to be the owner of the vehicle, when the driver admitted that he is not aware about the same.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was the owner of the commercial vehicle and it is no knowledge about the driver carrying the alleged spirit. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.10731 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Derni P.S.
