The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 62680 of 2019 on 17.10.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10809 of 2020(4) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
