Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case wherein cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504/34 of the Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13310 of 2020(4) dt.06-01-2022 2/3 Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of dowry demand and ousting the complainant from her matrimonial house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now the matter has been settled between the parties and presently the complainant is residing with the petitioner in her matrimonial house as wife with full dignity and honour.

The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been controverted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
