Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 355 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 354(B) of the IPC and Sections 8 of POCSO Act , pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions JudgeVI cum Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in
