JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 467, 420, 341, 323, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one Asharfi Rai was cutting a tree in the orchard of the informant claiming that it was sold to him by the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the orchard has been purchased by the petitioner from the uncle of the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the accusation in the background of dispute with regard to title of the orchard in question, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of
