In the present case, the petitioner is seeking for payment of due salary since October, 1996 to 31.01.2007 and also he has not been given the proper installments.

In view of the judgment reported in case of the Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Ltd. Vs. State of Bihar since reported in 2014(1) PLJR 695, this writ application is not maintainable against Biscoman. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take up this case before appropriate forum/court in accordance with law.
