JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners, informant and the State.

The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,354,307,380 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members. Three persons received injuries from informant side and one of the injuries was found to be grievous.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4269 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 that there is counter version of the occurrence when the petitioners' side received four injuries out of which one injury received by petitioner no. 1 was found to be grievous. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Saharsa in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
