The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)a/26(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, two pistols and one magazine without cartridge were recovered from bag of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 31-10-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Two pistols and one magazine without cartridge are alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21428 of 2019(5) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kiul in connection with Jamalpur G.R.P. P.S. (Rail) Case No. 105 of 2018.
