JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2020 This matter is listed under the heading 'To be Mentioned' for correction in the order dated 02.11.2020. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 02.11.2020, but the father's name of the petitioner in address portion of the bail petition has wrongly been typed as Giri Yadav instead of Dhirak Yadav. Similarly, in para 2 and last para of the order the Sessions Trial No. 1298 of 2007 has been typed instead of Sessions Trial No. 228 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is given liberty to make necessary correction in the original bail petition. Accordingly, the order dated 02.11.2020 is modified to the extent above.
