JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 170 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal code.

Allegation of appointment of Prakhand Teachers on the forged documents and allegation against the petitioner, he was then Block Education Officer, is of not verifying the documents while appointing those persons.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that it is not his duty to verify the documents and moreover he is a government servant and ready to abide by any condition imposed on him and also ready to appear as and when required. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.14424 of 2019(4) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sherghati, District- Gaya in connection withImamganj P.S. Case No. 170 of 2018, subject to that condition that laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is further subject to the condition that he shall cooperate in investigation and if charge-sheet is submitted, he shall also cooperate in the trial and appear as and when required.
