Petitioner is accused in connection with Rail Darbhanga (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016 registered under Sections 370 of the I.P.C. and 16 of the Bounded Labour System Abolition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no one has disclosed the name of the petitioner. Petitioner was only one of the passengers of the train. It is also submitted that chare sheet has already been submitted. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.10.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4953 of 2017 (3) dt.30-03-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Rail Samastipur in connection with Rail Darbhanga (Samastipur) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016.
