The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the two petitioners herein are stated to have killed the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. They are the mother-in-law and sister-in-law (Gotani) of the deceased. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners are in custody since 15.2.2020 and have no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21631 of 2021(2) dt.30-09-2021 2/2 criminal antecedent. It is submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody and the father-in-law, namely, Ghanshayam Yadav has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 27.8.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 22345 of 2021. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case together with the petitioners having remained in custody for 1 year 7 months, both the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bandhuwa Kurwa P.S. Case no. 35 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka.
