The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3022/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the order of this petitioner and Ramnath Rai co-accused Mukesh Singh made repeated knife blow to the son of the informant, causing injury on the abdomen, back and chest. Subsequently, son of the informant succumbed to the injury. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of overt act is not against the petitioner and the informant has retracted from his initial accusation against the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.14136 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S.
