Case No.188 of 2018, pending in the court of the Sessions Judge, Jamui, with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial court and pray for regular bail. Permission is accorded.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner.
