2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 13.07.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15658 of 2023.

3. Trial Court report reveals that in this case, charge has been framed on 21.10.2024, but till date, only three prosecution witnesses have been examined and still five witnesses are yet to be examined. Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2022, having clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the period of custody and tardy

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23231 of 2025(3) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - VIII, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 300 of 2022.
